My Work

Scroll down to see my latest creations or use the buttons below to jump to different sections.

Whether I am working with digital art, regalia, or weaving, each creation begins with inspiration drawn from the world around me—the patterns in the land, the rhythm of our dances, the wisdom in our songs.

This portfolio offers a glimpse into my creative process. In some cases, I share the evolution of a piece from its earliest sketches and concepts to the final work. In other instances, I simply present my finished creations. Through this journey, you’ll see how traditional knowledge and contemporary expression come together in my art.

Finger Doodles: Art at My Fingertips

Creativity can strike at any moment—while watching the wind move through the trees, looking out into the sky, or even in the quiet pause of a conversation. My finger doodles are born in these moments. Using a simple app on my phone, I can draw whenever inspiration calls, allowing me to capture ideas in real time—whether I’m at home, traveling, or standing in the very landscapes that shape my art.

This digital medium is an extension of my traditional practice. Just as basket designs hold meaning in every stitch, my finger doodles weave together symbols, stories, and movement, blending cultural knowledge with modern tools. The ease of having this drawing tool always at hand makes it a natural part of my creative flow, letting me bring to life designs that reflect both the past and the present.

Magpie Farewell to Spring. A magpie bird on the edge of a woven basket surrounded by pink flowers with green background.
Finger doodle of a heron standing in a body of water with cattails, a mountain in the background, and a scenic sky. The heron has a basket resting on the wing.

From Digital to Tangible: Bringing My Art to Life

Once a finger doodle is complete, it doesn’t just stay on the screen—it transforms into something you can hold, share, and enjoy. I carefully select my favorite designs to be made into high-quality prints, greeting cards, pins, and patches, turning each digital creation into a piece of art you can take with you.
